Shipping is $5.99 in US, and it's free for orders over $80. Sometimes we offer FREE SHIPPING promotions.

What is the shipping time?

Each of our crystal bracelets is custom-made and energetically aligned just for you.
Before shipping, we perform a cleansing and blessing ritual to ensure the piece carries positive energy and serves as a true companion on your journey.

How long is the processing time?

Customization + Blessing Ritual: 3–7 business days
We take time to spiritually prepare each bracelet with care and intention. This sacred ritual is a meaningful part of your purchase.

How long is the transit time?

7-10 business days after the cleansing and blessing ritual.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship within the United States.  And we currently do not ship to remote U.S. regions such as Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and other overseas addresses. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are also excluded.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Eligibility for Returns：

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
• All original packaging and tags are intact.

How do I return an item?

• Email us at support@luxora-amulet.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.
• Please ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.

Do I pay for the shipping cost of return?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How long can I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I cancel my order?

In the event of an accidental order or a change of mind, please notify us immediately. If the item has not yet been dispatched, we will promptly cancel the order and process a full refund.
