Before shipping, we perform a cleansing and blessing ritual to ensure the piece carries positive energy and serves as a true companion on your journey.

How long is the transit time?

7-10 business days after the cleansing and blessing ritual.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship within the United States.  And we currently do not ship to remote U.S. regions such as Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and other overseas addresses. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are also excluded.

How do I return an item?

• Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.
• Please ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How long can I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
